Terms and Conditions – salotpkr Pakistan Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and salotpkr ("salotpkr", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all activity on the salotpkr website and any associated mobile-optimised service accessible at salotpkr.ws.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on salotpkr, you unconditionally confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is required before any account can be created or any real-money activity can begin on the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and salotpkr. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless a specific document states otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on salotpkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of salotpkr.
• You are a resident of Pakistan and are physically located within Pakistan when accessing and using the platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any other person.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor or close family member of a salotpkr employee or associated partner.
• You have not been self-excluded from salotpkr or any gaming platform pursuant to a responsible gaming or self-exclusion request.
• You are not depositing or playing with funds derived from illegal activity of any kind.

salotpkr reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in temporary suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

If salotpkr determines at any point that an account is held by a player who does not meet the eligibility criteria above, the account will be closed immediately, all bonus funds will be forfeited and real-money funds may be subject to investigation before return depending on the nature of the breach.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on salotpkr. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, CNIC number, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and payment method details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. salotpkr accepts no liability for errors arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your salotpkr account credentials including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. salotpkr will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team before the activity in question occurred.

• Use a strong, unique password for your salotpkr account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security — available free in account settings.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately at support@salotpkr.ws if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

salotpkr reserves the right to close any account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification or the provision of false information during registration.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on salotpkr are processed exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is disclosed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your salotpkr wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers are credited within 15 to 30 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the banking network.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank and card methods. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. This requirement exists to protect players and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

• First-time withdrawals require completion of identity verification before dispatch.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: Easypaisa/JazzCash under 1 hour; NayaPay/SadaPay under 2 hours; Bank IBFT under 4 hours; Visa/Mastercard 1–3 hours.
• salotpkr charges no fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply as disclosed in your account settings. VIP players have higher limits.
• salotpkr reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal exceeding standard amounts as part of routine compliance checks.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

salotpkr offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until a wagering requirement has been met. The standard wagering requirement for most salotpkr bonuses is stated explicitly in the promotion details. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of Rs 30,000 before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Bets placed with bonus funds contribute to wagering requirements at rates specified per game type.

• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• salotpkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer before it is claimed if the offer was made in error.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion with other players or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings, and may result in account closure.
• salotpkr does not apply bonus wagering requirements retroactively. All conditions are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered.

Players are not required to accept any bonus. If you prefer to deposit and play without a bonus attached to your account, simply decline the bonus at the time of deposit. Once a bonus has been accepted and any part of it wagered, it cannot be removed from your account.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on salotpkr use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited. The house edge for each game is fixed and publicly disclosed. salotpkr does not and cannot adjust game outcomes based on individual player behaviour, bet size, account history or any other variable.

For the Aviator crash game and other provably fair titles, salotpkr provides cryptographic verification tools that allow players to independently confirm that round outcomes were determined before bets were placed and were not altered after the fact. Instructions for accessing these verification tools are available in the game interface.

In the event of a technical error or software malfunction during a game round, salotpkr reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved. Winnings that arise directly from a clear technical error — including software bugs that produce outcomes outside the game's designed parameters — are not valid and will not be honoured. salotpkr will notify affected players and return their original stakes in all such cases.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on salotpkr. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on salotpkr, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with salotpkr games or the platform interface.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer formats.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or attempting to use salotpkr for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute legitimate transactions after gameplay has taken place.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening salotpkr support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Selling, transferring or purchasing salotpkr accounts or account balances.

salotpkr employs fraud detection systems that monitor for suspicious activity patterns. Players who trigger these systems may be asked to provide additional documentation or to pause their account activity while a review is conducted. salotpkr will act fairly and promptly in all such reviews and will communicate with the player throughout the process.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

salotpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• At the player's own request, including requests made under the self-exclusion responsible gaming programme.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order or regulatory requirement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed before return. If the breach involved fraudulent activity or money laundering, salotpkr may withhold and report the balance to relevant authorities. In all other cases, real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any necessary compliance review.

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, contact salotpkr support at support@salotpkr.ws within 30 days. All disputes are reviewed by a member of the compliance team who was not involved in the original decision.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

salotpkr collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal information you provide — including your name, CNIC, mobile number, date of birth and payment details — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. salotpkr does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmission between your device and salotpkr is encrypted using 256-bit SSL. Card payment data is processed via a PCI-DSS compliant tokenisation system — full card numbers are never stored on salotpkr servers. For full details of how your data is handled, please read the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

salotpkr is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes problem gambling seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all salotpkr players at no cost and without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily pause access to your account for a defined period of days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from salotpkr. Self-exclusions are irreversible for the specified period and cannot be overridden by the player.

salotpkr will never encourage a player who has set responsible gaming limits to increase or remove those limits. If you contact support asking to raise your deposit limits, a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period regardless of subsequent requests by the player.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the salotpkr platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, images and audio — is the intellectual property of salotpkr or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or otherwise used without the prior written consent of salotpkr.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the salotpkr platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, mirror, scrape, frame or otherwise reproduce the platform or its content in any form.

12 Limitation of Liability

salotpkr provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty — express or implied — that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. While salotpkr makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, scheduled maintenance and occasional unplanned outages may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, salotpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if salotpkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In the event of a genuine platform error that results in incorrect game outcomes or incorrect payment amounts, salotpkr's total liability to the affected player is limited to the return of the original stake placed in the affected round. salotpkr is not liable for losses arising from a player's own decision-making, including poor timing of bets, failure to use responsible gaming tools or misunderstanding of game rules.

13 Changes to These Terms

salotpkr reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — salotpkr will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven days before the changes take effect.

For minor or clarificatory changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the salotpkr platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms is always available at salotpkr.ws/terms-conditions. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, particularly before making large deposits or placing significant bets.

14 Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to salotpkr's operations. By registering on salotpkr you agree to submit to the jurisdiction applicable to disputes relating to online gaming services as determined by salotpkr's licensing and operational framework.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
