4 How We Use Your Data
Every piece of data salotpkr holds is used for a specific, documented purpose. We do not use data for purposes beyond those listed here without first obtaining your consent or being required to do so by law.
- Account management: Creating and maintaining your salotpkr player account, processing login authentication and managing account settings including responsible gaming tools.
- Identity verification: Confirming your identity and age in line with our 18+ requirement and our obligations to prevent fraud and protect against money laundering.
- Payment processing: Processing deposits and withdrawals in PKR through your chosen payment method, reconciling transaction records and resolving payment disputes.

5 Legal Basis for Processing
salotpkr processes your personal data on the following legal grounds depending on the purpose of the processing:
- Contract performance: The majority of data processing at salotpkr is necessary to fulfil our obligations to you as a registered player — specifically, to operate your account, process your PKR transactions and provide access to games. Without this data we cannot provide the service.
- Legal obligation: Identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks and transaction record-keeping are required by applicable financial regulations. salotpkr must process this data to remain compliant — player consent is not the legal basis for this processing and cannot be withdrawn for these purposes.
- Legitimate interests: Fraud detection, platform security monitoring and anonymised analytics for platform improvement. These interests are balanced against your privacy rights and do not override them.
- Consent: Marketing communications. This is the only category of processing at salotpkr that is based purely on your consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with immediate effect on future communications.
6 Sharing Your Data
salotpkr shares personal data only with the specific categories of recipients listed below and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose. We do not share data beyond these categories without your explicit consent or a legal requirement to do so.
- Payment processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, banking IBFT gateways and Visa/Mastercard card processing systems receive only the minimum data required to process a specific transaction — typically your registered mobile number or payment reference.
- Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) service providers who assist with CNIC verification receive your identity documents solely for the purpose of verification. These providers are contractually prohibited from using this data for any other purpose.
- IT and infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting and content delivery providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements that prohibit independent use of your data.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: Where salotpkr receives a lawful, properly documented request from a Pakistani law enforcement or regulatory body, we are obligated to comply. We will notify you of any such disclosure wherever we are legally permitted to do so.
We never sell your data. salotpkr does not sell, rent, exchange or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for commercial, marketing or advertising purposes. This is an absolute commitment, not a conditional one.
7 Payment Data Security
Payment security receives dedicated attention at salotpkr given that financial transactions are central to the platform. The following security measures are in place specifically for payment-related data:
- SSL encryption: All data transmissions between your device and salotpkr — including all payment-related interactions — are encrypted using 256-bit SSL. No payment information can be intercepted in transit.
- Card tokenisation: Visa and Mastercard payments are processed through a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant tokenisation system. Your full card number is submitted directly to the payment processor and is never passed through or stored on salotpkr servers. Only an encrypted token reference is retained to enable future transactions.
- Mobile wallet numbers: Your Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or SadaPay mobile number is stored in encrypted form and is used only to initiate transactions that you authorise. It is never shared with third parties outside of the transaction processing requirement.
- Bank details: IBFT bank account details provided for withdrawal purposes are stored in encrypted form and are subject to the same access restrictions as all other sensitive personal data on the platform.
- Access controls: Payment-related data is accessible only to salotpkr personnel with a specific operational need — finance and compliance team members — and access is logged and audited.
In the event of a security breach that affects payment data, salotpkr will notify affected players within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach and will provide clear guidance on any protective steps players should take.
8 Data Retention
salotpkr retains personal data for the minimum period necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking into account any legal obligations that require us to retain records for a specified period.
- Active account data: Retained for the duration of your account plus five years after account closure to meet financial record-keeping requirements.
- Transaction records: Deposit, withdrawal and bet history are retained for seven years from the date of each transaction in line with standard financial compliance requirements.
- Identity verification documents: CNIC copies and related verification documents are retained for five years after account closure.
- Support communication records: Chat and email records are retained for three years from the date of the conversation.
- Technical and session logs: Retained for up to 12 months for fraud detection and platform performance purposes, then deleted.
- Marketing preferences: Retained for the duration of your account. If you opt out of marketing, that opt-out preference is retained indefinitely to ensure we do not accidentally re-add you to communication lists.

salotpkr does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. No cookies are placed on your device for the benefit of advertisers or data brokers. You can manage browser cookies through your device settings. Clearing optional cookies will not affect your account security or game history.
10 Your Privacy Rights
As a registered player on salotpkr you have the following rights in relation to your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@salotpkr.ws. All requests are handled within 30 days.
You can request a copy of all personal data salotpkr holds about you. This is provided free of charge in a commonly used electronic format within 30 days of the request.
If any personal data salotpkr holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. For most information this can be done directly through your account settings.
You may request deletion of your personal data and account. salotpkr will comply subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records — for example, financial transaction records that must be kept for regulatory compliance purposes.
In certain circumstances you may ask salotpkr to restrict the processing of your data — for example, while a correction request is being investigated.
You can request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format so you can transfer it to another service if you wish. salotpkr provides this as a downloadable export of your account and transaction data.
If you have opted in to marketing communications, you can withdraw that consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Withdrawal takes effect from the next communication cycle.
11 Children's Privacy
salotpkr is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Age verification is a mandatory part of the salotpkr registration process and all accounts are subject to verification at any time.
If salotpkr becomes aware that an account has been registered by a person under 18, all data associated with that account will be deleted immediately and the account will be permanently closed. If you believe a minor has registered on salotpkr, please contact us immediately at support@salotpkr.ws and we will act without delay.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has accessed salotpkr, contact our support team immediately. We treat these reports as the highest priority and respond within 2 hours.
12 Changes to This Privacy Policy
salotpkr reviews and updates this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data practices, new payment methods, updated regulatory requirements or feedback from players. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect when the most recent change was made.
For material changes — those that significantly affect how your data is used or what rights you have — salotpkr will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address at least seven days before the updated policy takes effect. For minor clarificatory changes, the updated policy will be published on this page without advance notice.
